My Reflection
Sunbeams are dancing through a shattered cloud
Into a lando of forests and a thousand waters
There are eagles in the sky
Wolves are howling at night
Hear them rivers whispering
To northern stars
Nightless night has come to an end
Seasons change and turn to red
Northern lights will shine our way
When days come dark
Moon and the stars will guide our way
As winter winds arise
Soon the rivers flow beneath ice
And our lands cover in snow-white
Deers and hares colour their furs
And bears go down to sleep´
Waiting for the green forests and warming light
The first day of new life
This people has fought
For their heart and their soul
For our freedom, for our love they suffered
And they rebuild to arise
And strive with strength of life
This land is our common story
These lands are our freedom
Rise, rise, rebuild
For a hundred years we've walked these northern lands
Under blue-white skies, this is my homeland
