Do que se vive, do que se é
Eu vejo crianças no meu bairro brincando
Sem medo de sorrrir
Elas não se preocupam com o movimento caótico da cidade
No metrô elas ficam quietinhas
Até sorrirem para o homem aranha fazendo graça
O skatista, a patricinha, a cabeleleira
E o empresário rolando o feed
Eles perdem o encanto daquela cena
Provar um sorvete num dia frio e fechar os olhos
Sentindo o sabor de pistache
E o calor do Sol que derrete um pouco
O clima gelado num ar poluído
O casal que se deita no grande parque
E juntos tentam avistar as estrelas
Ofuscadas pelas luzes urbanas
Estar bem, estar pleno, estar presente e radiante
Talvez esse é o real significado de ser feliz
Felicidade é a verdade
Do que se sente, do que se é
Felicidade é intensidade
É o hoje e o aqui
Simples assim
I see children in my neighborhood
Playing without fear of smiling
They don't worry about the chaotic movement of the city
On the subway, they stay so quiet
Until they smile at a Spider-Man making jokes
The skater, the preppy girl, the hairdresser
And the businessman scrolling through their feeds
They miss the charm of that scene
Tasting ice cream on a cold day and closing your eyes
Feeling the pistachio flavor and the heat
That melts the chilly weather a bit in the polluted air
The couple lying on the grass of the great park
Together trying to spot the stars
Dimmed by urban lights
Being well, being whole
Being present and radiant
Perhaps this is the real meaning of being happy
This is pure happiness
Finding your true self
Here and today
Simple as that
To find your happiness
Search for the truth inside yourself
In the city or anywhere else
