In every mirror a wandering face
Distant reflections searching for my place
In every photo I take a stranger stares back
People see me but they miss what I lack
A lifeless scene just someone adrift
With the glass overflowing all I feel is the rift
This anguish surrounds me love feels so cold
Existing without belonging a story untold
It's taking flight with no direction my radar's broken inside
Walking through the shadows even with my eyes wide
In the darkness I linger though the Sun shines bright
I want it all I can do it all but I can't find the light
Detached from the world I struggle to fit
Like a missing puzzle piece lost in the split
It's wanting so much but never quite grasping
Receiving all this love yet I'm still just gasping
